too glitchy, unreliable.

so sad to say I will no longer be using this app, as it has failed me one too many times. seemed to work initially but I continue to have various problems with the app including all my recordings disappearing and most recently it only recorded 20 mins of a 90 minute meeting that I needed record of.

app support is pretty terrible, the response is slow and essentially unhelpful.

really too bad as the features and design of this app are intuitive and easy to use. if only it worked when you need it!!!
